Please review these frequently asked questions and answers regarding our products, ordering, and delivery.

Each Birth Chart Package is processed manually and is generally sent out within two (2) business days after receipt of your order.  While we make every effort to process your order within this time frame, unexpected circumstances, such as an influx of orders, equipment failures, holidays, incorrect birth data, etc., may occasionally delay delivery.  To minimize delays, make sure you provide us with accurate information (e.g., correct time of birth, spelling, etc.).  Because orders come in from all around the world, “Rush” orders are not possible.  If you don’t receive your order in a timely manner, please refer to FAQ “Where’s my order?”

Your order is sent as a PDF attachment to an email address you provide us on the Birth Data Form.  If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer that allows you to read and print PDF files, it can be downloaded free of charge from  https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html.

If you don’t receive your order in a timely manner, please first check to see if it landed in your SPAM folder.  Adding our email address to your “allowed” contacts after you place your order will help to minimize email delivery problems.  Sometimes providing us with a different email address is a quick solution to email delivery problems.  If these fixes don’t work, please refer to FAQ “What if I have a problem with my order?”

Yes.  A difference of as little as two (2) minutes in the birth time and incorrect place of birth can significantly affect the accuracy of your Birth Chart Report.  Please provide the birth time as given at the place of birth and DO NOT adjust the time for your time zone.  If your birth time is not recorded on your birth certificate, try requesting your hospital birth records or check with County and State agencies.

Please take care to review all the information required on the Birth Data Form BEFORE you’re ready to fill it out to avoid additional charges and delivery delays to correct errors discovered after submission of your order.   We’ve made every effort to reduce the potential for input errors on the Birth Data Form by requiring duplicate entries.  If a mistake in your order is due to an error YOU have made, we offer a corrected Birth Chart Package for 25 percent of the normal purchase price.   In this situation, you will have to resubmit your order and enter a discount code we provide you during the PayPal checkout process.  If a mistake in your order is due to an error WE have made, we will provide a corrected copy of your Birth Chart Package at no cost to you.

Because each Birth Chart Package is uniquely generated for each order, no cancellations or refunds are available after the payment process has been completed.  This includes orders that are received beyond the expected delivery date.  In cases where we reject/cancel an order for reasons outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Use, we will issue a full refund in the amount of the purchase price. 

No consultation services are offered at this time.

When will I receive my order?

How will I receive my order?

No.  Only one Birth Chart Package can be processed through PayPal at a time.
