To purchase a Gift Certificate for a Birth Chart Package, please complete the Order Form below.  Check under the “Order Birth Chart Package” tab for any current promotions and enter in the Coupon Code box on this order form.   After completing the Form and clicking the “Submit” button, you are automatically taken to the PayPal portal to make your payment and complete your order.  (You will have an opportunity to cancel out of the payment process on the PayPal page and return to this Website if needed.)  After completing your payment, you will be taken back to the Website and receive an email confirmation of your order.  The Gift Certificate will be sent in a separate email after processing.  The Gift Certificate contains complete instructions for redemption by the recipient.  An Activation Code and Expiration Date are assigned when the certificate is  issued.
